We had an excellent experience with SkyWalker Septic and owner Matthew. From start to finish, Matthew was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping us move the entire septic replacement process along quickly and smoothly because we had a last minute “you need a new septic tank before you can close” glitch when we were ready to close on our house.
He followed up consistently, communicated clearly, and did exactly what he said he would do, which is rare these days. He and his crew were efficient, and the quality of the job was excellent. What could have been a very stressful ordeal felt manageable because Matthew stayed on top of everything every step of the way. Highly recommend SkyWalker Septic if you want honest service, great communication, and someone who cares and truly takes pride in their work.

Matthew really knows his stuff. He was patient and helpful in a time of crisis when another contractor didn’t like the bid his partner had given us for a job on Christmas Eve and was refusing to do the emergency work we needed. We were in crisis mode with our septic pump. Matthew took my calls, explained what was needed and how he could help. He was so kind, patient and informative. The original contractor DID (unhappily) stand by his partner’s proposal and had the special-ordered pump in hand so we did not use Skywalker Septic’s services, but I wholeheartedly recommend Matthew for his knowledge and service (and will never again use the company that created chaos in an emergency situation on a holiday over a dispute with his business partner — they were horrible on so many levels — Next time it will be Matthew and Skywalker Septic)!

Best service possible! Called after hours in an emergency. No other companies would answer or show up for under $600. Called skywalker up. Immediately answered and with no hesitation walked me thru a diag of system. Atleast an hour on phone walking me threw every step giving me knowledge and getting my plumbing working before end of night. From unclogging septic lines to tank to realizing what type of tank n leech field I had. Man was honest and knowledgeable. Got everything running before night fall! I’m so appreciative. I recommend this business to anyone for he’s a sincere person! He even reached bk out to me asking for pics and nxt day reached out again. Very thorough and very considerate. Very happy 5 stars!!!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with every aspect of having a new drain field installed. Matt came out the next day on a Sunday for an estimate, and thoroughly explained our situation and everything that the job would entail. Matt is very nice, professional, and has an excellent work ethic, and takes a lot of pride in his work and his company.
